Shipping

Shipping is at the discretion of each supplier and the time frames are noted on the Details page for each product. Most products are delivered by USPS, however, UPS, FedEx and DHL may also be used. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation via email. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping details.

Returns

We do not offer exchanges, however, we do offer returns as long as you have contacted us within 10 days after it has been delivered and followed the instructions, thereafter. We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you damage the products or it has been over 10 days since delivery. In rare cases, some products will have a "No Refund" policy stated on the Details page. These are exempt from the return policy and cannot be exchanged or returned.

If there is no update of the tracking info for more than 8 business days from the date of purchase, the buyer shall contact support@justfunandcoolgifts.com. Note: this clause is not applicable for special time/periods such as holidays, covid-19, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations.

If tracking shows the order returned to sender, the buyer can request a full refund or a redelivery. The supplier may refuse the refund if the order returned to the sender is due to incorrect or imcompleted shipping address.

Received Wrong Item
Mistakes happen. If you receive the wrong products, you should send us photos of the product received, and photos of the shipping label. If you do not wish to keep the products, JustFunAndCoolGifts or the supplier will send you a shipping label to send the goods back. Once the supplier receives the goods back, they will ship the correct product you ordered. You are also eligible for a full refund. Once you return the wrong products to the supplier in good condition, we will issue the full refund. The supplier is in charge of the return shipping fees. The supplier may refuse the refund if you fail to provide proof in time.

Partial Items Shipped
When you received your package and find that part of product isn't included, you should immediately send us photos of all the parts received and photos of the shipping label. Ask us to ship the missing item or issue a refund. You could choose to keep the products and we will issue a partial refund based on what you have received. You can also return the products in good condition for a full refund. Return shipping fees is the supplier's responsibility. The supplier may refuse the refund if you fail to provide proof in time.

Products With Quality Issues/Broken Products
When you received your package and find broken products or products with quality issues, you should contact us and send photos of shipping label, and photos or videos of broken product/s. In this case we would issue a 100% refund to you after you return the products in good condition. If you choose to replace the products, please return the products with the quality issues first. After the goods are received and inspected, the replacement products will be shipped. The supplier may refuse the refund if you fail to provide proof in time.

You can contact us via the !X! app or email us at support@justfunandcoolgifts.com with your order number. From there, you will be given instructions on how & where to return the items.

  • We don’t accept non-defective remorse returns.
  • If you are within the 10 days of the delivery date, we will accept returns and offer full refunds less shipping costs on merchandise in its original unused condition.
  • We do not accept returns after 10 days of the delivery date.
  • All sales are final after the 10 day period of the delivery date.

Warranty

JustFunAndCool is not responsible for any warranties for products purchased through this site. We do help facilitate the communication between you and the supplier. All product issues, claims, and questions concerning warranties should be submitted directly to the applicable supplier.
